This system is still in Beta from what I can tell but the upgraded versions are a LOT cheaper than Gottomeeting or Gototraining.com. They process payments for your classes. Beginner’s Live Class to learn how to set up your own WordPress website or blog

Do you want to blog or create a website using self-hosted WordPress but you don’t know where to start. This is a class for beginners.

This class is for you if:

• You don’t know what a Host is.
• You don’t know what Cpanel is.
• You don’t know what a DNS is.
• You aren’t even really sure how to buy a domain name.

That’s okay I’m going to help you. In this class we will:

• Go through the process of buying a domain
• Go through the process of selecting a host
• Go through the process of installing WordPress on the site using Fantastico
• Go through the process of changing the theme in your WordPress Dashboard
• Go through the process of installing a few important plugins (and yes I’ll tell you what a plug in is)
• Go through the process of creating your first blog post

Then we will have a Question and Answer session where you can ask questions and I will demonstrate where applicable the answers live.

I had Stephanie (A.K.A. Charmed on the WAHM website) help me set up my very first wordpress.org account and she rocked. It is not the easiest thing to do for a beginner. Having someone to hold my hand and walk me through it was awesome. I even set up my other seven sites when we finished with speed, accuracy and, most importantly, with confidence.

Sure, I could have figured it out for myself but my time is valuable. A few hours spent being frustrated and stressed while clicking buttons on WordPress could be better spent folding laundry, reading to kids, walking the dog or, heck, writing a post! Or I could have asked my techie-wanna-be husband to help me but *that* would have included at least one argument that I would prefer to avoid.

With Stephanie, I learned quickly how to set everything up the right way! Best money I have spent so far in my online adventure. Try and see for yourself. In fact, I dare you to say that you could have done it faster yourself! I double dare ya!
